| LoanCare, a division of ServiceLink, has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly tracking numbers are maintained and made available to managers and supervisors for review. Works to ensure all operational needs in regards to systems are maintained and corrected as necessary. |
Duties: |
Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly management reports. Supports management in analyzing, planning, developing and monitoring strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives. Develops and supports management information needs through periodic performance reporting, forecasting and analysis. Assists in development of business policies, conducts ad hoc special business related studies for management and collaborates with departments in the preparation of analysis. Defines data requirements, gathers and validates information, applying judgment and statistical tests. Works with management to establish performance targets and goals for generating revenues and/or controlling expenses. Performs benchmark comparisons of business processes or performance to external entities.• Assist in identifying business improvement opportunities and support selection of projects through business case analysis and prioritization against business goals. Identifies and shares best practices, business results and process improvement successes. May work with vendors and other external entities. Assists servicing associates with locating information on Fidelity Navigator. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: |
- Four years of progressive experience in mortgage banking or mortgage servicing.
- Knowledge of the servicing system, Microsoft applications used in analyzing data, and high level of problem solving abilities.
- Possess a high level of communication and organizational skills and works to complete assignments under tight daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
