Description: |
| The Data Analyst is responsible for understanding current business processes as they relate to mortgage servicing; gathering requirements, analyzing data, data mapping and report development. Candidate must possess the necessary skills to work in conjunction with end users, mid and senior level management, project managers and IT professionals including database developers and DBA's. |
Duties: |
- Develops complex reporting utilizing SQL and Microsoft Access
- Provides portfolio analysis, executive reporting and analytics
- Identifies data requirements around specific project or report requests
- Identifies and defines improvements to existing reporting data sources
- Manages and maintains current report catalog
- Identifies and researches data issues
- Works with business partners to identify areas for improvement
- Working closely with business partners and team members to define, document and develop reports to support business initiatives
- Documents exsiting reports
- Develop reports to support business initiatives
- Develops new reports
- Work on improving the reporting infrastructure
All other duties as assigned |
Qualifications: |
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or Finance or equivelent experience preferred.
- Candidate should also have 1-3 years of experience in report development, deployment, and data analysis
- Candidate must possess a minimum of 1-3 years experience in mortgage servicing
- Experience in Default Administration
