Foreclosure Supervisor - Virginia Beach, VA

Description:

LoanCare, a division of ServiceLink has an immediate opening for a Foreclosure Supervisor. This person supervises and directs the activities of the Foreclosure department.

Duties:

  • Enhance staff performance through goal setting, training and coaching
  • Prepare monthly default reports to investors
  • Ensure all activities of the Foreclosure department  are completed within established client, state and investor timelines
  • Monthly review of all accounts in default
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly management reports
  • Prepare weekly and monthly metrics
  • Implements new procedures required for increased efficiency
  • Client liaison for sub-servicing clients on default issues
  • Able to handle many projects in a timely manner
  • Actively participates in the implementation and development of strategies for the distress portfolio
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of mortgage servicing industry with special emphasis on default-related issues
  • Position also requires knowledge of investor guidelines including FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC and GNMA
  • Good skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems
  • Strong leader with ability to delegate, motivate, hire and evaluate the work of staff
  • Minimum of 4 years of Mortgage Banking experience, with extensive knowledge of Default operations and processes for all states
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience required
  • Ability to follow complex methods and procedures in diverse routine and non-routine tasks
  • Intermediate knowledge of Process Management workflow system and MSP Default related workstations. 
  • Basic knowledge of project management processes including the ability to track, coordinate and facilitate multiple tasks, processes and priorities
  • Detail minded with intense organizational and follow-through abilities
  • Service and goal oriented
  • LPS-MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) experience preferable
  • Working knowledge of Lenstar
