Title Officer Western States REO - Irvine

This is a great opportunity to work for a large title insurance company in the expanding REO Title and Closing Market.  We are looking to add a key member to our team to manage a Western States REO Title Unit along with a Title Curative/Lien Clearance Team.

• Handle REO Title transactions for the Western US from a single location.
• Identify improvements in the title production process driven by client and customer feedback.
• Develop and manage a title clearance/curative team.
• Work with internal escrow staff to improve the closing process to our customers.
• Maintain company's underwriting standards and ensure that we are properly managing risk when closing REO transactions.
• Develop and manage a high volume REO title unit that services the Western US.
• Multi task in a high volume closing enviroment.
• Solve production and client issues using strong process and procedure implementation skills.
• Maintain positive relationships with sales and internal staff to improve our relationships with our clients.
• Work with internal support groups to achieve needed customer service results.
• All other duties as assigned.
