Maintain optimal levels of service and meeting the daily operational goals of multiple teams in a department. Ensures high output quality and maintains high levels of employee preparedness by constant oversight and continual development of employee skills. Is the primary contact with client/vendor operational staff and maintains good relations by taking direct action on requests and issues. Conducts performance reviews for staff and participates in staffing issues. |
Duties: |
Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties Evaluate reports that depict client activity to ensure efficient team operations and client satisfaction Manage and participate in the daily functions of multiple service teams Manage workload issues across teams, propose and implement efficiency initiatives as deemed necessary Manage workload of the team to meet and exceed client goals Enforces staff adherence to client time requirements Take responsibility for the teams' accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and completion of duties Maintain and communicate department policies and procedures Conduct staff meetings to convey operational issues Take actions to maintain relationships with clients and vendors Maintain open communication with team members, other departments, clients, vendors, and management Ensure high performance of staff members through appropriate training, i.e. one-on-one training, classes, and coaching Review and evaluate staff performance Monitor and review employee time and attendance as well as approve department payroll Conduct employee counseling sessions with Human Resources and recommend discipline as required Address escalated customer service issues to ensure satisfaction Participate and make recommendations in the employee selection process Build and maintain employee morale Identify and recommend promotions to team leader positions Review and sign off on authorized items. Review and justify overtime needs with the manager and director Identify oldest and number of rejects and work with upper management as needed to resolve Client Billing All other duties as assigned

Qualifications: |
Prior experience as a Closing Operations Team Leader or up to 3 years experience in the real estate, banking, or vendor management industry High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of real estate closing and title clearance processes Must possess good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate good communication and customer service skills Knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft software products.
