Loss Mitigation Title Operations Manager

This is a great opportunity to work for a large Title Insurance Company in the expanding Loss Mitigation Title Market.  We are looking to add a key member to our team as Operations Manager of our Loss Mitigation Title Operation.  Experience working in all 50 states is a major plus.  This key postion is focused on selling title related services to loan servicers and outsourcers that are negotiating loss mitigation options directly with borrowers.

•·     Provide Loss Mitigation Title Services to our clients - Property Reports, Endorsements/Guarantees, Recording and Document Preparation Service

•·      Identify improvements in the title production process driven by client and internal feedback

•·      Develop and manage a Loss Mitiagtion Title Team to service National Accounts

•·       Identify new product and servcie offerings to our clients

•·       Maintain company's underwriting standards and ensure that we are properly managing insurance risks

•·      Maintain positive relationships with sales and internal staff to improve our relationships with our clients

•·      Work with internal support groups to achieve needed customer service results

•·      Multi task in high volume transaction envirnoment

•·       Solve production and client issues using strong process and procedure implementation skills

•·       3 - 5 years of management experience within the Loss Mitigation Industry

•·       High School dipolma reqired, Bachelors Degree preferred

•·      Strong management and team building background

•·       US business travel 10 to 20% of employment time

•·       Proven customer service skills working in the loss mitigation field

•·      Strong Loss Mitiagation Background as a title provider or service provider
