Client Relations Representative - Virginia Beach, VA

Description:

LoanCare, a division of ServiceLink, has an immediate opening for a Client Relations Representative. The Client Relations Representative will assist and support our clients with all inquiries, client implementation and training, tracking and trending of concerns and issues and documentation of business rules for internal staff.   

Duties:

  • Main point of contact for client questions, concerns, business rules, etc. 
  • Coordinate client concerns to staff and ensure timely response and professional follow-up to issues.
  • Responsible for providing client training on all technology.
  • Assists in the maintenance of client database to ensure client business rules and workflows are documented and any process change is updated and presented to staff.
  • Interacts with clients and meet with internal functional  areas to ensure needs and issues are addressed.
  • Provide data and reports for trending and tracking of client issues and communicate possible ways to improve service.
  • Responsible for new client integration by communicating regularly with new clients and providing required client information - New Client package, training materials,  contact lists, etc.
  • Point of contact for contract or pricing issues in absence of manager - assist internal staff and clients with questions.
  • Perform general clerical functions as needed, such as filing, scanning, faxing, email follow up, maintaining client files.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular proactive conference calls with clients on portfolio status, cross-selling opportunities, questions, defaulted loans, etc.

Qualifications:

  •  Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple priorities; strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written (grammatical) communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Excellent customer service skills and decision making abilities.
  • Proficient in administrative functions and ability to maintain an efficient follow up.
  • Ability to represent the company in a positive, confident and professional manner.
  • General knowledge of mortgage servicing or subservicing.  
  • High school diploma or GED.
