| LoanCare, a division of ServiceLink has an immediate opening for a quality Control Reviewer. This position will be responsible for the evaluation and assessment of assigned loan files for quality control review. Selects mortgage and consumer loan files for compliance with established internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal regulations. Identifies and documents when company standards, or any regulation, have not been followed. |
Duties: |
- Review mortgage loan files purchases or being serviced for client
Receive and review document follow-up. Prepare and disburse end of month status report on outstanding exceptions Work with origination sources to document problems

Qualifications: |
Extensive knowledge of mortgage loan processing, closing regulations, and industry standards Familiarity with compliance regulations regarding state and federal law, and the ability to research through regulation books and materials Attention to detail and above average writing and oral skills are required High school diploma, GED and/or job related course work in computer operations, work processing and spreadsheets Position requires two to three years experience in the baking and mortgage lending field
