Quality Assurance Appraisal Reviewer - Coraopolis, PA

ServiceLink has immediate openings for QA Reviewers. These positions will be responsible for facilitating the needs of the Valuation Services Quality Assurance division 

• Manage QA relationship using developed and managed resources. 
• Support product Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and relay exceptions to management. 
• Meet daily production goal of reviewing at least 50 new and corrected reports.  At least 40 of those reports must be invoiced and sent to the client daily.
• Abide by all department policies, procedures and management instruction
• Maintain compliance with HVCC requirements
• All other duties as assigned

   

• 3+ years experience reading & interpreting real estate appraisals, including USPAP policies.
• Experience working in a large, complex Valuations environment, specifically in QA realm.
• Verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external contacts
• Reviewer level is commensurate with experience level (Level III are mentors)
• Bachelor's degree or equivilant work experience
